For all products sold by EcoWorldHotel, the following Warranty is in effect:

All marketed products are covered by the standard manufacturer’s warranty. To take advantage of service under warranty, you must keep the invoice or receipt that you will receive together with your purchased items. 2.
The standard manufacturer’s warranty is provided according to the terms and conditions shown in the documentation inside the product packaging and found on the site www.ecoworldhotel.com in the section dedicated to product details. If, after servicing by an Authorized Service Center, the defect is found not to be covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty, you will be charged any verification and repair costs requested by the Authorized Service, as well as transport costs, if born by EcoworldHotel.

The 24 month warranty pursuant to
Legislative Decree no. 24/02 applies to the product that has a defect in conformity as long as it was correctly used, in accordance with its intended use and the provisions of the attached technical documentation.
This warranty, in deference to Legislative Decree no. 24/02,
is reserved only for the private Consumer (a physical person who purchases goods for uses not related to his/her own profession or business, i.e. makes the purchase without indicating a VAT Id reference on the order form).
In the case of a conformity defect we will, with no cost to the customer, provide for restoring the conformity of the product through repair/replacement or a price reduction, or even contract termination. If, after servicing by an Authorized Service Center, the defect is not found to be a conformity defect pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24/02, the Customer will be charged any verification and repair costs requested by the Authorized Service, as well as transport costs, if born by EcoworldHotel.
4.
Replacements in the case of DOA (Dead On Arrival:
a product that does not work the first time it is turned on),
without prejudice to the conditions for application of Legislative Decree no. 24/02, will be made only if expressly provided for by the manufacturer. Product replacement or repair times depend solely upon those indicated by the manufacturer.

In the case in which, for any reason, we are not able to replace a product under warranty (repaired or replaced), we may proceed, upon the customer's consent, to replace it with the same product (if it is still in our catalog) or with another of equivalent features and value, or, lastly, to issue store credit for the same amount to be spent on another product, valid for 6 months from its issue date.

No damages can be claimed from EcoWorldHotel Srl for any delay in making repairs or replacements for products under warranty.
7.
In the cases in which warranty application provides for product return, the item must be returned by the customer in its original package, together with all of its parts (including the package and any documentation and additional contents: manuals, wires, etc.).To limit damages to the original package, we strongly recommend, whenever possible, that you place it inside another box. In any case, attachment of labels or tape directly to the product’s original packaging should be avoided.
