Ordering a product in the Eco-Shop section is very easy:
follow our suggestions, divided into 4 Steps, and check the FAQ section if you still have doubts.

SEARCH FOR PRODUCTS AND ADD THEM TO YOUR CART
If you have an Eco-card enter the code in the ECO-CARD box in the strip to the right and click on the arrows.
You will immediately see the price of all discounted products.
If you are a hotel operator affiliated with the EcoWorldHotel Group,
you can enter your
username
and
password
in the RESERVED AREA, at the upper right corner of the site. In this way you will be able to view all of the products dedicated to hotel operators and your special price.
All catalog products can be viewed by entering the list of categories in the menu on the left.
Once you have found the category of products that interests you, you can order them by Name and Price.
If, however, you already know the name, code or features of the item, use the ADVANCED SEARCH form found on the bar at the right of the screen.
Once you have found a product that interests you, view all of its technical specifications, its availability and price by clicking on the PRODUCT INFORMATION icon.

All of the product prices are shown including VAT, but you can choose to separate out the VAT at any time thanks to the options menu found below the CART.
If you have already chosen a product, but you would like to continue shopping for other items, return to the catalog by categories.
The CART box on the left indicates how many products are in the cart.

CHECK YOUR CART
After completing your purchases, move on to the order confirmation and payment step.
If you want to delete or change the quantity of one or more items, work directly on the cart page, which is always accessible by clicking on the word CART on the left.
Next to each product, you can delete the item or change the quantity. The total will automatically be changed.
In the CHECK YOUR CART page, you can:

change the quantities of the selected products;

remove products from your cart;

choose the shipping method;
-
insert your eco-card code to receive your discount.
The purchase will proceed only when you select the CONTINUE button.
If, once the products have been added to your cart, you are not sure about confirming the order, all you have to do is EMPTY YOUR CART without saving.
To add new products, however, you will have to start the purchasing procedure all over again.

ENTER YOUR INFORMATION
To proceed with your purchase, you must enter the information (name, surname, address, VAT Id, Tax Id no.) necessary for the sale transaction and choose your payment method (credit card or bank transfer).
By clicking on SEND, you will forward your order request.
>> Step 4.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Now wait for the screen confirming that the order has been correctly sent and an e-mail, sent to the e-mail address you provided, with the details of the purchased products, the order number and the date on which it was processed.
PAYMENT METHODS
If you have chosen to pay with a credit card, you will be directed to the X-PAY platform server. Complete the form with the required information, following the instructions provided step by step. Confirmation of payment will be sent to you by e-mail.
In the case of payment by Bank Transfer instead, you will have to make payment in advance. Once we have been notified of your payment, you will be informed by e-mail that your order has been forwarded.
Lastly, if your order is not accepted, you will receive notification of this by e-mail
